Introduction

Every day in the world someone conceives may it be either by choice or mistakenly. In the U.S, abortion was first legalized in 1973 during the Roe vs. Wade case where the Supreme Court made it legal under certain circumstances.  Therefore it is right to say the Roe vs. Wade case acted as a major step stone for the women as it granted them the freedom over their bodies in the cases of unwanted pregnancies.
