Aim:
To reflect on and assess your own team performance
Make sure to (Assignment MUST cover the below)
For this submission, we would like you to reflect on your own team performance. Again, this can be in relation to a work or community-based team of which you are or were a member but it must be a different team than the one you selected for the first part of the Summative Assessment.
1- Write a reflective essay assessing your team role based upon either (the Belbin or the Margerison and McCann frameworks ) of team membership characteristics.
2- Indicate the strengths you feel you brought to the team and how these were managed by the team leader (even if this was you)
3- and how you related to other team members and the roles they undertook.
4- Assess your contribution to the success (or otherwise) of the team and yourself and why you feel this is the case. Based on this analysis, provide recommendations on how you would maintain or amend your approach to team participation in the future.
Your work will be assessed based on the following criteria:
Your ability to reflect on, synthesize and apply theory, concepts, and strategies presented in the course
Your ability to produce clear, concise, and well-organized writing
Evidence of critical thinking
Evidence of learning from experience

You may refer to any of the materials and tools introduced on the course but must:
Use either the Belbin or the Margerison and McCann frameworks of team membership characteristics.
Set your work out as an essay.
Ensure that your essay has an introduction and a conclusion. Be clear about the use of paragraphs.
