Choose either the Biblical story of the Aqedah (Genesis, chapter 22) or Sodom and Gomorrah (Genesis 18-19). If you are not familiar with these stories, then please read them before you read the assigned articles. You can find them in the Book of Genesis of the Hebrew Bible (Old Testament for Christians). Briefly explain the story in your own words. Then choose from our readings two contrasting philosophical interpretations of the story. Explain each one and how they differ from each others. Which do you prefer and why? You are required to type a response of 150-250 words. The readings are uploaded, no need for citation.
