Introduction
Blake Sports Apparel and Switch Activewear Company was established by Cameron Baker, and started as a small company manufacturing licensed sports attire and accessories. Under Barker, the company grew rapidly and licensed with larger brands like Howell and Cartlock (Groysberg, 3). This rapid change caused dysfunctionality in the company’s management, and this is believed to be the roots of all the problems it is facing. Therefore, the problems of the company are mainly caused by ineffective management strategies, whose effect extends to the employees as well, leading to reduced productivity thus low revenue.
