            Under Article I, II and III of the Constitution of America, lay the three branches of government which include the legislative, the executive and the judiciary.  The three branches of government are entirely independent due to the separation of powers. The legislative is said to include the Congress, i.e., House of Representatives and Senate. The Executive branch of government consists of the President.
