You must work with the Information Technology group to identify the activities that need to be included in the development of your project. Project startup can be found here: https://www.inc.com/
Draft a memo to the Technology group to outline your concerns and expectations for the development of the upcoming project, from a business perspective. This includes:
A brief background of the project.
A list of the activities for which you are responsible. Outline these by the phase in the SDLC.
A list of business constraints and/or expectations for the technology, providing reasons. (Review B4 and B9 Plug-ins)
Recommendations for sourcing the project, providing reasons.
A list of policies that need to be in place at startup, providing reasons.
A list of references that you used.
