The article by Huffpost titled, “Top 5 Reasons Why ‘The Customer Is Always Right’ Is Wrong,” seeks to prove why the popular saying that the customer is always right is not indeed true. According to the author, customers are often wrong and businesses should stop operating in the belief of such a lie. The saying, the customer is always right, is always used to persuade many customers and give them an assurance on the commodities sold, that are of good quality and be motivated to buy them. It also convinces the employees to serve the buyers well thus increasing profit in a business. This article comes with five reasons explaining as to why that saying or phrase is wrong and urges business people to abandon that phrase saying, it is wrong and false.
