Cascade Engineering Company Strategic Plan for Human Resource Department
Founded by Fred Keller, Cascade Engineering Company started as a plastic injection molding manufacturer in the automotive industry, but the company has blossomed into a diversified business with various units and operating a wide variety of markets. The company is a multi-business manufacturer and marketer that deal with multiple brand markets such as automotive, industrial, waste, recycling, renewable energy, and furniture (Habeck,1). To make an impact on society, Fred Keller recruited unemployed people from the community to work at Cascade Engineering. Unfortunately, these recruited employees were unable to make successful transitions to middle class employees. This essay presents a strategic plan for human resource department at Cascade Engineering Company that will ensure they meet the strategic goals and operational plans for the company.
