The memo should be in standard business format as described below.
Header (containing date, to, from, and subject – single spaced) Your paper is to “Your Professor.” You subject is: “Support My Cause.”
Body (single space, double spacing between paragraphs or headlines)

Many know the climate change subject, as it has received significant attention in recent years, particularly following issues with the weather. However, the extent to which people make individual effort to address the issue is in some cases worrisome. It is possible to blame the government for withdrawing from international agreements intended to reduce the carbon footprint by various countries within a set deadline, but people hardly notice that different individuals make up the country, and the individual decisions have a significant impact on the activities therein.
The Cause
Consequently, a cause intended to create personal impact on climate change as opposed to waiting for government policies to address the same could be most effective in helping solve the problem.
