Overview of the Organization
Zappos remains the most significant online shoe retailer in the world. Given that it was founded in the year 1999, the firm has adopted policies that have enabled it to maintain the lead in the market. Zappos was formed under a simple idea of Nick Swinmurn who could not find the specific shoe that he needed. He then approached Tony Hsieh to start a shoe store that would sell all types of shoes to individuals. Tony Hsieh remains the organization’s CEO since 1999,
