An example of an action that is legal but not ethical and one that is ethical but illegal

            In most instances, laws and ethics often overlap because they are both meant to facilitate peaceful engagements between persons. However, it is imperative to understand that the two are not coexistence as there are certain actions that are legal but not ethical. Also, there are some types of behaviors considered to be ethical but not legal. One of the actions that is legal but not ethical is the death sentence. Persons who have committed serious crimes, such as treason and murder are required to get the capital punishment.
