Why Teams Fail

            Many organizations have modified their workplace settings to foster teamwork including hiring employees who are team-oriented. However, very few teams have been successful in their operations due to various reasons. One of the major reasons why most groups are unable to succeed is lack of a clear and compelling purpose and vision (Brickley, Smith & Zimmerman, 2009).
