Based on the information presented in the case study, the central problem revolves around the marketing strategy which will help the company to gain the low-income consumers as the company’s customers. The marketing strategy which has existed in the North-Eastern area can be classified as poor since it has left room for competitors to prey on the company’s consumers. Unilever products are widely known by the people but are considered quite expensive.
