1)Don’s problem is how the use of RFID could earn them more money considering the few igloos that came into their shop had an order number to identify them for repairs. He doesn’t see the need of using the RFID since theirs is a small shop and still the manual method of tracing and tracking the pallets and igloos inside the warehouse were working very fine.
