Your paper should consist of a clear introduction with an unambiguous thesis (in which you pick which “side” of the case you are on). You should identify three to four compelling reasons your side is the right on, being sure to engage with the moral frameworks in the introduction of the class (Aristotle, Kant or Bentham).
Please have a separate title page and reference page and cite at least three good sources in APA (no Wikipedia, etc.). No abstract is necessary. One of these sources must be a PEER REVIEWED JOURNAL ARTICLE

Honesty in Job Interviews
Consistency of individual values with the cultural values held in esteem by the company; has often been one of the most outstanding qualifying features that human resource professionals look for during hiring processes. The argument behind this approach in hiring lies on the premise that an organization can almost never influence individual values, but there are often cases in which the individual could influence the activities of the coworkers. Therefore, some of the challenges of the employees overlooked in the hiring process may in some cases ultimately influence the productivity of the firm. While some employees may manage to get through the hiring process by use of deceit and consequent creation of an impression on the interviewer, there are also cases in which the hiring team discerns such deceit with the consequences of the efforts ending in a significantly lower score for the applicant.
