Summary of the case study
In this case, Eileen who is an instructor in interpersonal skills has complained about the behaviors of Geoffrey who is one of the persons that is participating in the workshop. She believes that Geoffrey is technically competent to lead a team, but he seems never to be able to keep his staff members for more than three months. Eileen also observed that during the meetings she had so far Geoffrey appeared to be bored and never participated or contributed to any of the discussions. At one point he even took a newspaper and started reading the sports section (Sheila, 2017).
