Change and limitation of the Taiping Rebellion
The Taiping Rebellion is considered to be the bloodiest civil war in the world. It lasted for more than thirteen years and almost toppled the Qing Dynasty. More than twenty million people died in the violence. The conflict witnessed during the rebellion although it later became to be observed to be a form of descent to any form of anarchy that was being perpetrated by the various dynasties. According to most historians, the rebellion was the most event that took place in the country during the 19th century (Chin, & Fogel, 2018).
