Introduction

A product serves to provide an amicable solution to a problem among a target population of consumers. The efforts of the manufacturer of a product aim at satisfying the needs of their consumers as well as offer them quality for their money. Improving the quality of the product serves to improve its usage as well as increase the target market of the product consumers (Nanda, 2016). As a learning outcome for the course, I have come to appreciate the nature of product improvement and the use appropriate measures in demystifying the product quality.
