Content Requirements:
A description of the clinical issue to be addressed in the project. ( This includes a background of the problem. rationale and need for improvement, you should have a reduction, increasing, improving, changing, preventing, etc of some aspect of the current situation of your topic—if not it is not an improvement project )
A SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats) analysis for the project. Analysis of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats related to the quality improvement process.( this process is in your textbook and I’ll have uploaded a video)
An outline of the action plan for the project. (This includes SMART GOALS )
An assessment of clinical issues is the focus of the quality improvement project.(This means what is the overall purpose for the clinical issues improvement)
Discuss stakeholders and decision-makers who need to be involved in the quality improvement project.
Discuss resources including budget, personnel, and time needed for the quality improvement project.
Discuss potential strategies for implementation and evaluation. ( Here you will need SPECIFIC details and how to evaluate them)

Create an outline of the action plan for the project.
Content Requirements:
Identify stakeholders that will be impacted by the quality improvement project.
Identify and discussed resources including the budget needed to implement the quality improvement project.
Develop an action plan for change including a proposed implementation timeline
Submission Instructions:
The paper is to be clear and concise, and students will lose points for improper grammar, punctuation, and misspelling.
The paper is to be 2 – 3 pages in length, excluding the title, abstract, and references page.
Incorporate a minimum of 3 current (PUBLISHED WITHIN TH ELAST 5 YEARS) scholarly journal articles or primary legal sources (statutes, court opinions) within your work.
Journal articles and books should be referenced according to the current APA style (the library has a copy of the APA Manual).
Your paper should be formatted per current APA and references should be current (PUBLISHED WITHIN LAST 5 YEARS) scholarly journal articles or primary legal sources (statutes, court opinions). NO WEBSITES, NO QUOTING
Note: this is the Part 3 of your Quality Improvement Project. You should revise/improve your work based on your professor’s feedback. In module 7, you will be putting all the parts together to complete and submit your final Project.
