Annotating Your Sources

Topic: Annotating Your Sources, I have included all the sources,

Details: Annotating Your Sources
Prompt: In this activity, you’ll create an annotated bibliography by following the steps below and answering the questions as thoroughly as possible. The questions will prompt you to engage in a conversation with your sources. You will need to follow the steps below three times (for your three different sources)
Before you begin, make sure you have:
• Selected sources from the library databases
• At least one of your three sources should present a counterargument, a position that an opponent of your argument might make.
• Applied the C.R.A.A.P.O test to the sources to determine if they are credible and reliable (You can download a copy of The C.R.A.A.P.O. Test Worksheet in MindEdge. Remember that credible sources should score 35 points or more on the test.) I have attached it as a word document by itself

Specifically, the following critical elements must be addressed

1. Identify your sources, including author, title, and the database information or website.
2. Summarize your source. (Use the template below.
• It seems this source is arguing ____________________. This source is using the following evidence to support the argument: ____________________
• A counterargument for one of the provided sources could be: _________________________________________________________.
3. Credibility and Relevance
• Explain the rationale for the credibility of the source by providing supporting evidence. (Use the template below.) o Personally, I believe the source is doing a (good job / bad job) of supporting its arguments because ____________________.
• Explain the relevance of the source to your argument. (Use the template below.)
I think this source will be very helpful in supporting my argument because ________________________
: Your annotations must include at least three sources since there are in my school website and you guys can’t access it ( I included all 3 sources)

Abstract:

One of the popular technologies in the industry today is cloud computing and the use of cloud computing in small businesses is now fashionable, it has a remarkable impact on them by bringing a new way of working, accessing their data, and storing it. The aim of the study is to examine the impacts and effects of migration to cloud computing on small businesses. The methodology used for this study is based on a review of past studies, which explains in broad terms each research question of this study. The results of this study show that there are several benefits that cloud computing has to offer small businesses if cloud computing is adopted and that includes flexibility, cost reduction and automatic software/hardware upgrades etc. Cloud computing has a large storage capacity that helps small businesses store and access large amounts of data quickly and easily, and there are a number of cloud computing data recovery techniques that help to recover lost or damaged data in the cloud. In the same way that security is a major concern for all technologies, it is also a concern for data stored in the cloud; security techniques such as encryption, cryptography are mostly used to ensure that key areas of data security (data confidentiality, data integrity, and data availability) are protected. The results of this study help small businesses to understand the impact of cloud computing on their businesses and the various security measures that need to be taken while adopting cloud computing technology. Abstract:

Cloud computing is one of the platforms that drive organizations and users to be better prepared for a simpler computing platform and offers significant benefits to the quality of work. The transition from conventional computing to the virtual world helps organizations to maximize their potential. However, not all users can accept cloud computing adoption. Failure to understand the factors of users’ acceptance will negatively impact the organization’s mission of empowering the technology. Therefore, this study proposes to assess to what extent the users are accepting cloud computing. This study adopts the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT) and six technological and human factors assessed for the Malaysian public sectors. Survey data from several ministries were analyzed using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). The study found out that performance expectancy, compatibility, security, mobility, information technology (IT) knowledge, and social influence had a significant impact on the user’s intention to accept cloud computing. The results of this study contribute to a clear understanding of the factors affecting the Malaysian public sectors about cloud computing. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Abstract:

Cloud Computing is a rapidly emerging technology over the last few years, that has abolished the burden of purchasing heavy hardware and software. Cloud computing has been advantageous to Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs), though many SMEs have not adopted to delve into its appealing benefits. To increase the cloud adoption rate in these Enterprises, the most important thing is to understand the aspects which influence the cloud adoption. The article focuses on these factors, which influence the use of cloud services by establishing the three-layer hierarchical framework based on the grounded on the Technology Oriented Environmental (TOE) framework through systematic literature review. Because cloud-based solutions offer numerous benefits for companies, they have precious cloud determinants. This paper, therefore, took into account the Technology Organization Environment TOE model for Cloud Computing adoption. In addition, the questionaries designed at the end also indicate the significant connection in the decision of adoption between three contexts of the TOE. Moreover, the designed questionaries has been used for the analysis of cloud computing adoption in Bangladeshi SMEs. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
