Instructions: Watch the video clip Clueless. Pay particular attention to the audience feedback. Discuss how you would feel if you received the same feedback and ways the speaker can appropriately respond to such feedback.

Note: Constructive feedback is the most effective type of feedback.

Feedback is information about the milestones one is making to reach a specific goal. By concentrating teaching less and more on constructive feedback, then more learning takes place (Branford, 2000). Information becomes feedback when it either tells you whether you are doing things the correct way and whether you need to change anything.
