How do you finish your mix?
1.This week, you’re exploring your communication skills.
Think of a time when effective or ineffective communication affected your success at home, school, or work.
In paragraph 1, describe what happened, in detail.
In paragraph 2, explain how strong communication contributed to or could have improved the situation’s outcome. Be specific.
Remember to answer each part of the question in 2 paragraphs. Each paragraph should be 5-7 sentences with limited grammatical errors (total 10-14 sentences). Also, respond to at least 1 of your peers (at least 1-2 sentences).
2.This week you’re learning some of the characteristics that will help you practice your relationship building skills of trust, mutual respect, mindfulness, diversity and inclusion, and open communication. Discuss how you are applying at least one of these characteristics in your life right now at home, work, or school.

Or imagine you’re trying to make pancakes on Sunday morning, and you have one egg when the recipe calls for two. How do you finish your mix?
Or maybe your rent is due tomorrow, but you’re short $150. What do you do?
1. In paragraph 1, share a problem you’ve recently encountered in your own life and outline the steps you took to solve it. What were the possible solutions? (For example, if you knew you were going to be short on rent, would you borrow the money or ask your landlord for an extension, and why?)
