Introduction
Hurricane Katrina is the tropical cyclone that afflicted New Orleans, the southeastern of the United States in August 2005. This disaster left more than 1800 people dead and has been ranked as the most expensive natural disaster United States history causing them about 106 billion U.S DOLLARS. Many people lost their homes and possessions. Although the condition appeared sanguine, several firms; both big and small intervened to offer help. Many organizations shut down soon after Hurricane Katrina due to lost revenue, since people and other businesses had been displaced from that area. Some businesses were able to revive themselves. Take a look at Entergy, one of the organizations that were affected by Hurricane Katrina, (Benoit, 2012).
