Students will write a 3 to 4-page paper that explores how to effectively communicate during conflict. Identify a past experience you had with conflict and how the conflict was handled or resolved at that time. Then, find and use the literature to support how you might handle the same situation currently or in the future. If you have taken any conflict resolution courses include how you utilized those skills and what your learned from the conflict resolution course. Communication is critical to being an effective leader and being able to give constructive feedback will enhance your role as a leader. Conduct a literature search and locate a minimum of two evidence-based, peer-reviewed pieces of literature related to conflict resolution tools and/or effective communication; a minimum of two of the reference articles should be published within the past 5-years. Write a synthesis of the literature and include your personal experience using APA style and format that includes proper citations. The paper should include the following: 3 to 4-pages content excluding title page, abstract of 100 to 150-words, and references.
