After reading your text and reviewing the assigned materials, submit an analysis of how the First Amendment connects to the Espionage Act of 1917, the Sedition Act of 1918 & the Patriot Act of 2006.
You might want to consider the following questions, but you are not limited to them: Begin by reading the First Amendment to the Constitution, then review the Acts linked in the resources. What were the motives for & results of the acts? Do these acts allow for the freedom of speech as stated in the First Amendment? Are acts such as these justified in war times?
