Question 1

Maintaining the people’s right to privacy while engaged in traditional law enforcement activities plays a great role towards maintaining the autonomy and individuality of people within the society (Schultz, & Vile, 2013). A second reason for maintaining such privacy is due to the various functional benefits that are associated with privacy. Such benefits include piece of mind for the people who will not be required to answer questions to other people over the activities they undertake in their personal lives.

Question 2
