The cost plus entails a contract made by client through agreement to reimburse a development project. The agreement terms are stated clearly in the contract manual which are mainly expressed as percentage entailing the full contract prices according to Atrill, Peter, and Eddie. However, despite the strict rules and regulations governing the cost plus contract when the government becomes involved it definitely amounts to accounting scandals and negative accusations.
