Counseling the Culturally Diverse

 Counseling the Culturally Diverse

Depending on your clients’ acculturation level, you may find that they are agreeable and committed to goals in sessions with you, yet goals are not being achieved in between sessions. In some Asian cultures, it would be considered impolite to disagree with you as their counselor. Provide 150 words or more of what you would say to your client, then explain your reasons from a clinical point of view.
