The prosecutor has a role of ensuring that a just decision is meted out .the case must be presented fairly which is part of the responsibility. The prosecutor must produce credible evidence that is from a reliable source and is admissible in court. The prosecutor must also conduct cross examination fairly and must ensure that the questions asked do not lead to the opposing counsel to challenge the evidence.
