The main aim of the criminal justice policy is to ensure that the government is in a position to monitor wrongdoing and punish those involved in the activities. When it comes to the constitutional rights of the policy, I would select the National Security Agency (NSA). According to the US government, the NSA’s main role is to collect all internet communications retrieved from IT companies and identify criminal work. The companies involved in this activities include Google Inc as it is a requirement for them to help with the country’s security under the FISA Amendments Acts of 2008. The Act allows the government to conduct its investigations on suspects through internet surveillance under the court’s order and collect all the information that might be helpful in solving a crime.
