Solution Preview
In this paper, I will be considering the case of Class v. the United States. In this particular case, the jury had indicted Class as in his possession were firearms that had been locked away in his jeep that was parked in Washington on the grounds of the United States Capital. Class tried to ask the District Court to dismiss the indictment that had been brought against him and claimed that the due process class under the second amendment had been violated.
