Chapter 3, “Socialization: From Infancy to Hold Age”, focuses on the process of “Socialization”, which is a lifelong process through which members of society acquire the necessary skills, cultural values, and norms to survive and effectively function in society. The chapter also discusses the development of “Human Personality” the “Self” and presents different theories on how human personality is constructed.
