I am doing an informative speech on the culture of the Turks and Caicos Island. I just need the first half of the speech. The format goes as follows:

These are the only things that need to be filled. This half of the speech needs to be about 4 minutes long with 4-5 sentences for each sub-point. There also needs to be four in text citations in APA format (you can also say: “According to…”). The two main points are food/cuisine and music. Here are some sources you can use:
