Evaluating the effectiveness of teams in the workplace is one of the major duties that is supposed to be played by the management. Such evaluation is aimed at assessing whether the resources of the company are being used in the appropriate ways in line with strategy of the organization. As a result, failure to conduct such an assessment can lead to wastage of the resources of the company. Doing this also helps the employers to know which employees are not meeting the required standards. Such an assessment can be used to decide which employees should be scheduled for increased training and development in the near future.
