            The U.S.-based firm, which manufactures natural, health and food products should expand into the Chinese market. The major reason for the expansion is the huge Chinese population, which offers immense market opportunities. However, there are certain factors that the firm must take into consideration before venturing into China. Thus, the first step to use to respond to the question on whether to enter China or not is by evaluating the interests of the company and its stakeholders (Brown-Chidsey & Andren, 2013).
