Based on my findings, procurement outsourcing refers to the transfer of significant specified procurement activities that are related to supplier management and sourcing. It allows companies to benefit directly from the procurement specialists who are well conversant with it. Therefore, external procurement provides a solution for companies having no internal competencies but are after suddenly benefiting from procurement action.
