Why are politically active citizen groups generally more ideological—whether conservative or liberal—than is the society as a whole? Why are citizens with strong views more attracted to organized political activity than those with more moderate opinions? Explain your answer with specific examples.

The reason politically active citizens are more philosophical than other people in the society is because politics is involved in every aspect of our well-being. Politics is always associated with leadership in all institutions or countries. I think it is because the politically active citizen groups usually have aspirations or dreams of being leaders.
