There are several Laws of the Fifth Discipline that help individuals and organizations to come up with solutions about various issues that they face within the computer networks and systems. These laws have been applied in many systems thinking and have enabled many organizations to overcome some challenges that they would otherwise not have overcome. One of the Laws of the Fifth Discipline that I identified states, “The harder you push, the harder the system pushes back (Senge, 2006).”
