Human Factors and Crew Resource Management

Our procurement office is usually busy most of the time, and the traffic for products on transit commonly leads to delays.During the first quarter of the year, our IT department was the most productive with our ability to identify the aspects of the business processes. Our work involved defining the nature of the business processes identifying the challenges and working our way through. At the IT department, we used a work management approach that took the entire organizational scope. Defining the whole company functioning, the team was able to find areas with mishaps and raised the alarm in time to avoid delays (Adler &Gundersen, 2007). Soon, the factory improved its efficiency, and we were beginning to experience the sales growth. Some of the main improvements were that there was an improved understanding of the market and how the orders were availed such that the organization was able to optimize both its human and physical resources towards improving efficiency.
