Productive Conflict
Reflecting on your professional experience, describe a time when there was damaging conflict on a team of which you were a member. This conflict may have been suppressed, so not directly addressed, or it may have surfaced in a way that was destructive to team effectiveness.
Applying material from this week, the Internet and/or Library research, explain how the conflict could have been better managed by the team and team leader. Consider how your conflict management style, as revealed by the TKI Assessment, played a part in this situation.

Week 5 Discussion Question
Reflecting back on a time when there was damaging conflict on a team of which I was a member was while I was working at Red Lobster. At Red lobster, I was part of a four-person management group with one of those being the general manager. The other 3 positions were in charge of the 3 departments in the restaurant. I was in charge of the bar and the front house; one manager controlled the servers while the other manager was in charge of the back house. We worked through all shifts, morning, afternoon and evening.
