Share an experience that you have had with a decision making process at a past or present workplace. What was your role? How were you involved? How would you use the Vroom-Yetton Decision Model to improve the decision making process in your workplace?

In business, managers and directors are mainly the ones who make important decisions relating to the Company. They may involve the workers to gather valid information from them. Ideally, decision-making process consists of a set of steps adopted by the specific group of leaders such as managers or directors of a Company to make a final choice that determines the progress of that Company (Goodman, Schoorman & Atkin, 2018). Last year, there was a very hot discussion in my current workplace. At that time, I was serving as a member of the board and also as an Assistant Finance Officer.
