Discuss the various levels and elements of culture in an organization. Culture across all individuals is learned and varies depending on differences in values, experiences, and preferences (Hofstede, 2011). Organizational culture helps organization distinguish their practices from the others. Learning is essential to organizations based on a specific program. It is because they don’t have a hierarchy and therefore culture comes in to guide the organization towards achieving their set objectives and goals.
