Diversity

Diversity can be defined as the nature of being unique or different from others. Diversity is highly rooted in our ethnicity, sexual orientation, economic status, religion, age among others. Diversity influences on how people identify themselves or are identified by the societies. I have not taken any course on diversity but with common knowledge I have learned little knowledge about diversity in Africa concepts.  In Africa for example, diversity on gender is highly noticeable in roles. Women are likely to perform domestic chores where men roles are to guide and provide for their families.
