Addressing the Gender Gap

Despite having gone through several decades developing approaches through which to address gender gaps in society, much remains undone, and the conversation on gender equality remains the same. In particular, there have been countries that have developed legal framework to address challenges experienced by vulnerable populations of women, but this does not ultimately address the issue in society (Olorunshola, 2016).
