On August 25, 2017, the residents of both Texas and some parts of Houston were caught off guard by the Hurricane Harvey which made landfall in San Jose Island and then progressed to South-central Texas. During this period, the Hurricane had already been classified as a category 4 hurricane which had amassed heavy rains, winds with a speed of 130-mph and a huge storm that viciously swamped the coastal areas.
