In your words describe Tuckman’s four stages of group development
In 1965, a model of group developments was projected by Bruce Tuckman who claimed that the phases are inevitable and necessary for a team to grow. He identified four stages namely: Performing, Storming, Forming and Norming. Forming is stage one where team members are polite and positive. Others are excited about upcoming tasks. A leader plays an overriding role at this stage.
