To measure the level of success one has to evaluate the effort one has put into the work and the results. If the result outweighs the effort there is progress. The level of work satisfaction can be a gauging factor to know that you are in the right position and you appreciate the success whether achieved or gearing to the success. Achievements don’t actually mean having a big win but the small wins are celebrated and are the key indicators that you are geared to success.
