Catalytic Leadership

Leadership styles differ among different individuals, often due to the existent of an environment that influences such behavior. In particular, catalytic leaders are most effective in their organizational environment whenever they find an environment supportive enough of their change endeavors (Morse, Brown, & Warning, 2006).
