In the past, most business visionaries used to be male. however Regardless the number of female business visionaries within the world has been on the rise. There are numerous astonishing victory stories to be told by a few amazing ladies. I have chosen Beyonce as my inspiring visionary/Entrepreneur. For numerous successful business visionaries, their continuous challenge is really to challenge themselves and Beyoncé is a mind-blowing illustration of this. Never one to rest on her victory she moves from album to album, motion picture to motion picture, business to business, always plugging away to make each one way better than the last. She has most certainly accomplished the iconic status she guaranteed herself she would. As a married woman with children being able to juggle all these facets in her life is not an easy feat and yet she makes it seem simplistic.

The three personality traits that Beyonce embodies as an Entrepreneur are as follows: she is Focused and committed in all aspects of her career ventures. She is determined to accomplish her goals even when not certain of the outcome. Beyoncé’s being a multi-talented composer, artist performing artist, and trade tycoon still doesn’t mean there aren’t times when things go wrong. She started her career as a singer-songwriter and has expanded into the movie industry, the fashion world with “the House of Dareon” and more recently “Ivy Park.” Beyoncé doesn’t just sit at the table. She is the head of the boardroom table at Parkwood Entertainment. while you may think that as busy and iconic that Beyonce is that she would be all over the place and unable to be focused however this is not the case.
