Yet, age may not always tell us very much about a person. Examine examples of greeting cards, popular magazines, television shows, and movies to identify stereotypes and attitudes society has about the aging population. Describe several ways in which these media pieces generalize age.

The aging population in country is increasing by the day and this is expected to increase in the foreseeable future. The aging population refers to senior citizens who are mainly aged sixty five years and above. Most of these individuals were born in an American that was not as diverse as it is today. As a result, it is common to find stereotypes and misguided notions and opinions about other people in the society by the aging population.
